We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your tapestry, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your tapestry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at Simpkeely_US@outlook.com with your order number, name, email address and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your tapestry back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your returned tapestry, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color of tapestry, please place a new order and return the original one.
